YES – I FAILED!

Yes, I failed! Not once, many times.

I failed as a student when I didn’t make it to my desired professional college

I failed as a project leader when me and my other class mates could not implement the task the way we wanted

I failed as a friend, when someone close to me needed me and I was not there

I failed as a son, when I could not do much to share my parent’s responsibility

I failed as a husband, when I couldn’t fulfil some very basic desires of my wife

I failed as a dad, when I could not save my kids from falling over and hurt themselves

But, I learnt

When I couldn’t make it to medicine, I learnt that alternate career paths exist and they can be as exciting and fulfilling

When I failed as a project leader, I learnt how to be better the next time and made it to honour roll

When I failed as a friend, I learnt the power of apology and how to maintain and treasure relationships

When I failed as a son, I learnt how to take those baby steps and start taking up each responsibility one by one and how to be just there for my parents

When I failed as a husband, I learnt what love spouses share and how they can form an unbreakable bond of support and she always makes me feel better about tiny things I do for her

When I failed as a father, I learnt that this is a learning ground for my kids as well, this is how they are bound to be nurtured.

Basically, When You FAIL, You also LEARN! How you see the situation is totally your choice.

Have a great day!
